A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 10, 2019, the Defendant altered official document: (a) printed out a certified copy of the resident registration to the Defendant under the name of the head of the Dong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon to use for the sales contract of B apartments awarded by the Defendant in the PC room located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) stored it in the computer; (c) using the editing function of the computer screen program, the date of issuance of the certified copy of the resident registration file to the Defendant as “0 August 20, 2019” from “2019-07-24,” and “205-24,” from “2019-07-24,” the date of the change in the date of occurrence to “2019-07-24,” from “2019-24, the date of occurrence to the Defendant’s husband and children C, Do’s husband and children D, EF, 208-209-208-1.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant altered a certified copy of the resident registration of the defendant under the name of the head of Dong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon.

2. Around August 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the J’s staff member in charge of receipt of sales contract documents through H in the B apartment sales office located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, as seen above, a certified public document copy, as if it were duly formed.
