On October 8, 2012, the Defendant, using the Internet computers located in the 08:31 Busan Shipping Daegu B and 1108 (C apartment), posted a statement on the Internet website “F” to “D (Internet Address E)” and posted a notice on the bulletin board of the said website (No. : 1: Doz., Doz., Doz., Doz., h: Doz.) stating that “If these years were the same as human beings, from the time to time, whether they were to go from to time.”
