On January 28, 2008, at around 00:30 on January 28, 2008, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, drives a CKankn vehicle owned by B, approximately 200 meters from the place on the Bupyeong-gu Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, to the right side of Bupyeong-gu 431, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu.
