If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On February 17, 2011, at around 11:10, the Defendant driven B-low-car without obtaining a driver's license within a three-lane distance from the street in front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office to the 193 Gyeongsan-dong Incheon Tol, Samsan-dong.
