Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On November 10, 2013, at around 07:39, the Defendant operated a vehicle for the use of the B Eccoos from the street in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu to the front road of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
