Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants, as a father-child relationship, operate a funeral hall with the mutual return of “E” in “E” in “Seoul City”, and the victim F, “H” in “Seoul City”, respectively, and the victim I and the victim J are employees of “H” as above.

The Defendants were willing to resist the “H” on the ground that the amount of the “subsidies” that the Defendants paid to a veterinary hospital in return for the receipt of the instant animal carcass is paid more than twice the industry practice.

On May 23, 2017, at around 19:35, the Defendants: (a) parked one motor vehicle with the number of Defendant A’s possession at the entrance of the funeral hall at Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and made it difficult for customers visiting “H” to visit the parking lot; (b) Defendant A’s “at least the funeral for the baby,” among the several visitors in the name in unknown name, Defendant B is called “at least the baby,” and Defendant B requested the victim J (22) to park the vehicle from the vehicle; (c) Defendant A was asked to move the vehicle again from the said J; and (d) Defendant A was asked to move the vehicle again from the said J; and (e) Defendant A was pushed the above J by hand; and (e) Defendant A was able to live in the 25th hand of the victim and 25th hand of the knife of the knife with the said knife of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendants jointly assaulted victims and conspired about about 10 minutes, thereby obstructing the return funeral service of the victim F by force.
