Defendants are not guilty.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. The co-principal defendants A, B, and C engaged in the sales of high-speed mobile phones with the trade name "N" from the Do Government City M, and the employees in Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C were back to the sales store of high-speed mobile phones and purchased high-speed mobile phones including stolen goods. Defendant B, Defendant C, and employees in their name were in charge of selling high-speed mobile phones containing high-speed mobile phones. Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C are in charge of selling high-speed mobile phones with the purchase of stolen goods. Defendant A and 65% of the remaining amount of money excluding one million won used as public funds out of the profits accrued each month were recruited to divide the profits accrued from the mobile phone purchased by Defendant B and employees, including Defendant C, into the ratio of profits accrued from each month.

On August 13, 2013, the Defendants, in collusion with the employees in non-name, purchased 13 cell phoness equivalent to 11,727,60 won at the market price from June 11, 2013 to February 12, 2014, which are the stolen goods whose P was lost at that time, without accurately verifying the personal information of the seller and the source of the used cell phone, and acquired stolens by purchasing 13 cell phoness equivalent to 11,727,60 won at the market price of the stolen goods from June 11, 2013 to February 13, 2014, as shown in attached Table 1.

B. Defendant D purchased seven cellular phone units, which amounting to KRW 6,870,60 of the market price, from around August 9, 2013, including purchasing one unit of LG-F240L cell phone at the time Q was lost, from that time to October 2 of the same year, without accurately verifying the seller’s personal information and source of the used cell phone, at a non-permanent location and from a seller of the used mobile phone, and purchased seven cell phone units, which amounting to KRW 6,870,60 of the market price, from that time, from that time, until October 2 of the same year.
