A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for two years, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-offenders had the intent to purchase the cell phone lost between the Neeline and take profits from re-scoping it. Defendant A posted on the Internet Ekbook bulletin board the writing “I amblickphones with smoke, acquisition, insurance, lost smartphones. Visits within Seoul, Gyeonggi, Musan, Subdivision, Incheon, within one hour, visit within the territory of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and 1-hour, and contact Defendant B with the phone from the unscoped winners of name, and the Defendant B conspired with the seller as well as Defendant A by driving the G Mz car.
On May 25, 2013, the Defendants purchased 70,000 won for a gallon-based cell phone of the amount equivalent to 1,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s name, the lost property acquired from J, which is a lost property acquired by the Defendants, from the IC on the front of the International Elementary School located in Ha Government-si, and acquired stolen goods after being aware of the fact that it is an stolen property.
B. At around 03:00 on May 29, 2013, the Defendants purchased one cellular phone of KRW 1,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s name-free box, which is the lost property acquired from L from L, in front of the K apartment house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing one cell phone of KRW 230,000 with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen.
C. On June 7, 2013, at around 18:30, the Defendants acquired stolens at KRW 400,000, even though they knew that they were stolen, the Defendant purchased one cell phone of the five mobile phones in the face value of KRW 800,00,000, which is the victim’s name-free box owned by M from the front of the Hyundai department store located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu.
On June 15, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendants knew of the fact that one set of two mobile phones from P is stolen on the front of “O” located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N, Seo-gu, Incheon, with knowledge of the fact that it is stolen, the value is 230,000 won.
