Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person driving a CUP car on April 13, 2013, driving the said car on April 12:45, 2013, and driving the car on April 13, 2013 to the direction of Hancheon-ro 59-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Hancheon-ro, 109-ro.

On the road without a vehicle line, it was made bypass at a speed of 5 km.
