If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2013, at around 22:32, the Defendant driven B cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol of about 0.079% with blood alcohol content from around 800 meters away from the roads of Suwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the roads of Hancheon-ro 990, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
