A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of ten million won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not sell livestock products with the trade name "D" in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City building C, and no person shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the indication of origin mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the indication of origin, or sell them for the purpose of sale, or store or display them for the purpose of sale.
