Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 2 million at the Ulsan District Court on November 28, 2014 due to a crime that steals electrical construction materials in the E-parking operated by the victim D in Yangsan-si between the first patrolman from early June 2013 to July 25, 2014, the Defendant planned a retaliation crime against the victim D as follows.
1. Attempts to destroy and damage property;
A. At around 08:00 on December 25, 2014, the Defendant attempted to collect and attempted to collect and destroy a large number of unspecified vehicles using the parking lot, by spreading a sneep to the floor, from the above E parking lot, but the staff of the electrical construction company located in the parking lot did not collect and attempt to do so.
