Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a C EFbsian vehicle owned B with approximately 1km alcohol level of 0.157% under the influence of alcohol level 0.157% on the road in front of the main road of the same Eup/Myeon from the leaf of the pentaeng-gun, Gangwon-gun, Jongwon-gun, Jongwon-gun.
