If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2012, at around 18:40, the Defendant driven a blive motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of approximately 0.142% from a 100-meter section of blood alcohol level to the road front of the 18:50 on the same day from the street in front of the Agricultural Cooperative of the Yeung-ri, Seoul, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, at around 18:50 on the same day.
