A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 11:10 on December 31, 2012, the Defendant was placed under confinement on the ground that the victim D (here, 46 years of age) was not in contact at the front of the building C in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul on the ground that the victim D (here, 46 years of age) was not in contact, carried the victim’s two descendants, sealed the Defendant’s Lone Star vehicle, and prevented the victim from getting off the vehicle for about 30 minutes until 11:30 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.
2. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.: (a) on the ground that the victim did not receive one’s own contact, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone phone with the victim “I would receive, will receive, regardless of the victim’s mobile phone,” “I will receive, you will come back with the front of the house, anywhere you will come back,” “I will come back with the front of the house at the time of the reduction of the inside money,” “I will come back with the front of the house at the time of the reduction of the money,” “I will turn back the voice at the present, I will see if I will see the other male’s refusal to receive the phone at the time of the extension of the money.” (b) “I will turn off the front of the house at the time of the extension of the money at the time of the money.” (c) I will see that I will turn out the voice, “I will come to the front,”.
As a result, the defendant sent text messages that repeatedly cause uneasiness to the victim.
