1. On September 11, 2013, the Defendant conspireds with C, D, E, F, etc., and the Defendant was working as the lessee at the I Office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H. The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, F, etc., submitted a forged apartment charter contract to the employees in charge of the above bank at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and upon submitting such forged apartment charter contract, the Defendant paid 280 million won to the owner of the building and resides in it on a deposit basis.
