A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. After the Defendant became aware of the so-called “work loan business entity” who received a loan from a financial institution by forging documents, etc. through the Internet site search, the Defendant conspireds with C and D, which is the above business entity, with the above business entity, even though the Defendant did not have concluded a lease contract for the apartment owned by E, the Defendant concluded a lease contract for the above apartment and provided a lease deposit with a financial institution by forging the lease contract for the apartment house as if the lease deposit was paid. In collusion with C, D, etc. on June 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in F at the Net City of 1,000, the Defendant took place as the lessee; and (b) D, as if he was a lessor, took place as if he was the lessor; (c) in the indication column of the real estate property in the apartment lease agreement, “Y apartment 101, 403, 101, 403,” in the resident registration number column, “I” in the resident registration number column, “J” in the resident registration number column, “J” in the lessor’s name, and “E” in the lessor’s name.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, etc., forged one of the apartment lease contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On September 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with C, D, etc., filed an application for a loan to an employee in charge of the loan that he/she knew of the forgery; (b) submitted the forged apartment charter contract to the said employee as if it was duly formed.

C. The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, etc., submitted a forged apartment lease contract to an employee in charge of the above bank loan in collusion with C, D, etc., and the Defendant paid 80 million won deposit to the building owner and resides in the lease on a deposit basis.

The deposit shall be provided as security.
