1. The plaintiffs' lawsuits against the defendant Republic of Korea regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet 2 to 9 of attached Table 1.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Joseon Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Mediation Trust”) was merged into Korea Light Bank on Oct. 29, 1946, and changed its trade name into Korea Trust Bank on Apr. 25, 1950, Korea Trust Bank on Oct. 1, 1954, and Korea Bank on Jan. 1, 1960. On Jan. 6, 1999, Korea Light Bank was merged into Korea Light Bank on May 20, 200, and Korea Light Bank (hereinafter “Defendant Bank”) was finally succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Chosun Trust.

B. E, the plaintiffs’ prior owner of each real estate in the separate sheet No. 1 list, changed the administrative district H to the Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the city of Y.

The name of the changed administrative district shall be used below the current administrative district.

While the registration of ownership transfer was completed in its name with respect to B, it was concluded with the shipbuilding trust on May 23, 1938 and completed the registration of ownership transfer to the shipbuilding trust on May 31, 1938.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lands” in accordance with the sequence in [Attachment 1] list, and each of the above real estates is collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands.”

On July 26, 1994, the defendant Republic of Korea designated each of the instant land as state-owned property through the procedures for public notice of non-owned real estate pursuant to Article 8 of the State Property Act (amended by Act No. 4698, Jan. 5, 1994; hereinafter the same), and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in its name on December 27, 1995.

On February 20, 1959, E, the plaintiffs, died on February 20, 1959, and succeeded independently by F, his South-North Korea, and F, died on July 31, 1991, and jointly succeeded jointly by plaintiffs A (3/9) and B, C, and D (2/9, respectively) who are his wife and children.
