Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The O land (O land) was jointly owned by the network P, Q, Defendant E, and network R (hereinafter collectively referred to as “net P, etc.”) prior to the division of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant real estate”).
