A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on December 2, 2011.

1. Around 22:30 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the victim D (the 29-year-old) located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan (the EM) performed the alcohol by ordering the victim to do so; (b) had the victim “the victim was aware of the fact that he would be in his jurisdiction; and (c) he was released from the house; (d) whether the immediately preceding president would have left the house; and (e) whether the president would have left the house before viewing the damage; and (e) had the victim do so on the table, and “I will have you drink it, because he would have you drink it, and you will have it go against the value because he would have frighted it,” and (e) had the victim drinking, who did so, pay a 150,000 won claim to the above 150,000 won, thereby taking economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by threatening the victim.

2. The Defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion, at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), and at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), when the victim D drinked the victim's threat to the Defendant, and set it out to the toilet located in the main place of the damage, and, accordingly, the victim was waiting at the entrance of the toilet at the entrance of the toilet, and the victim forced the victim to commit indecent acts by attracting the victim to his own arms so as to force.
