Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2016, the Defendant provided the victim C (the 50-year-old) with the victim’s “D” located in Yongcheon-si (the 50-year-old) operation “D,” and provided the victim with her organized violence and breach of trust. If the Defendant did not respond to the Defendant’s demand, the Defendant provided the victim with the same attitude that he would interfere with the victim’s business by drinking expenses, and provided the victim with the alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 200,000 at a market price, and provided the victim with the alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 7 times in total,540,000 in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and had the victim acquire the above financial benefits from the victim in the same manner as above.
