A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 23:00, on the beginning of January 2016, 2016, she injectedd the Defendant into a single-use injection machine with two male and female influenites located around the C Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones; (b) dilution the water; and (c) injected the water for their arms.

2. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on the lower half of May 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (b) injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine with a man in secret in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; (c) dilution with water; and (d) injection with each other’s arms.

3. On September 2016, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of September 2016, 2016, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting two male and female in a single-use popon in the mutual influence located around G stations located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones into a single-use popon injection machine, dilution them into their arms, and inserting them into their arms.

4. On January 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the first half of the first half of the year 2017, the Defendant: (b) on the first half of the first half of the year 2017, took a philopon into a single-use popon injection machine with a man in a non-name at the mutual influence located around H station in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) injected the philon into a single-use injection machine; and (d) injected it into each person’s arms.

5. On January 2017, the Defendant, on the first half of the year, 2017, administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.05 gh with J and his nameless men in the non-use telephones located in the H station located around the H station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongjak-gu I, in the middle of January 2017.

6. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime in the middle of February 2, 2017, using approximately 0.05 g of philopon, together with J, within the Defendant’s residence of 405, 703, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.
