1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally calculated at the rate of KRW 100 million and 15% per annum from January 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in the statement Nos. 1 and 2-1 and 2, the Plaintiff leased KRW 100 million to Defendant B on November 5, 2015, with the due date set as December 4, 2015; and Defendant C may jointly and severally guarantee the above loan obligation against the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 21, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint sought by the Plaintiff after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
