The Plaintiff loaned KRW 100 million to Defendant A Co., Ltd. on October 28, 2015, and Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of loan 100 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 15, 2017 to the date of full payment as the Plaintiff seeks, since there is no dispute between the parties or the fact that Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan 10 million amount is recognized by the statement of evidence No. 1. 1.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
