Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 6, 2014, at around 22:38, the Defendant: (a) expressed that he would take a bath for taxi officers D to “new,” and would not pay the fare from the slope E (the age of 41) belonging to the Busan High Police Station that was dispatched after receiving 112 reports; and (b) expressed that he would be required to pay the taxi fee and return home from the said E, and he would be required to pay the taxi fee from the said E and return home, on his hand, called “this spaci, spaci, spaci, spaci,” while taking a bath to “this spacibn, spaci, spaci, spaci). However, the Defendant sent to E by avoiding from the side of the E.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.
2. On June 7, 2014, around 00:20 on June 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was dissatisfied with the arrest of flagrant offenders due to the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties at the atmosphere of the G District located in the Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, the G District of the Seocheon Police Station G District; and (b) was accompanied by the electric wires leading up to the contact.
Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the article equivalent to KRW 6,500 used by public offices.
