A is a representative of the C Housing Redevelopment Project Association, and the victim D is the head of the association.

1. Defamation of false facts;

A. On May 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had not forged the written resolution by the victim D, the president of the partnership, within the office of the CHousing Redevelopment Project Association located in Nam-gu, Busan on May 14, 2015; (b) had no forgery of the written resolution by the representatives of the partnership; (c) had the head of the partnership arbitrarily prepared the written resolution; and (d) had the victim’s reputation by publicly alleging false facts that the victim had forged the written resolution.

B. The Defendant on May 21, 2015, supra.

Despite the absence of the fact that the victim, the president of the partnership, arbitrarily prepared and forged the written resolution at the same place as the written statement in the paragraph, the victim’s 20 individuals, i.e., the association’s employees G et al. signed the 67 written resolution and signed the 20 degree of 20 persons each by the president of the association, “an illegal election,” “an illegal election,” “an association with this formula as a result of forging a written resolution and forging it,” and “the victim should not speak with forgery of a written resolution,” and “the victim should not forge it with forgery of a written resolution.” In other words, the victim’s reputation was damaged by publicly expressing false facts.
