A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2013, at around 23:54, the Defendant driven a passenger car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.117%, while under the influence of alcohol, and continued approximately 100 meters to the front of the Sonsan-dong Hyundai apartment in front of the Sonsan-dong Innsan-dong, Gwangju.
