Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A received five women's commercial sex acts from E, a hub for foreign women's supply of commercial sex acts during July 2017, and promised to pay 60,000 won per day of aviation fees and 10,000 won per case of commercial sex acts in return for the supply of five women's commercial sex acts. On July 26, 2017, around 18:00, at the Jeju-si International Airport, around 3rd International Airport of Jeju, to transfer F and G, which is a female sexual sex act of Vietnam of Vietnam, from E's next brode, at the 3rd International Airport of Jeju, around July 26, 2017.

On July 2017, Defendant A proposed that Defendant B be engaged in the same business as Defendant B, and solicited to arrange sexual traffic with female sexual traffic women through mobile phone hosting apps to arrange sexual traffic with them. On August 2, 2017, Defendant A transferred H, I, and J, which is a female sexual traffic with Colombia’s nationality, from the international public port in the above Jeju International Airport around August 2, 2017, and was administered in Jeju-si K Officetel 215, 1212, and Jeju L 604.

From July 26, 2017 to August 7, 2017, the Defendants conspired, up to 205 and 209, up to a total of 250,000 won from male customers in the name of contact through a mobile phone hosting app, offered to H and I, who are women engaged in commercial sex acts, 130,000 won, and assisted them to engage in sexual intercourse with the above men, and arranged to engage in commercial sex acts for 300,000 won by having them gather sexual intercourse with the above men during the said period, from around August 26, 2017 (Defendant B from around August 1, 2017 to August 7, 2017).

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.
