Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document and the uttering of a falsified private document: (a) around May 13, 2015, at an “U” agency located near Yongsan-gu T, Yongsan-gu; (b) indicated the “AP” in the subscriber column, signed the “AP”; and (c) forged one copy of the application for mobile phone entry under the name of AP; and (d) delivered the same to the said agency business owner who was aware of the forgery of the forgery as if the said forgery was a document duly formed.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a letter of application for joining a mobile phone in the AP name, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.
B. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged private documents; and (b) forged private documents; and (c) indicated on April 11, 2016.
At the same place as Paragraph 1, the personal information of A Q was entered in the written application form for mobile phone entry, entered in the subscriber column into the subscriber column, signed by “A Q” and forged one copy of A Q’s mobile phone entry application form. Around that time, the aforementioned agency operator knew of the forgery, issued the forged application form to the said agency operator as if it were the document duly formed.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application for joining a mobile phone in the name of Q, which is a private document on rights and duties, and exercised it.
2. Fraud;
A. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant was guilty of fraud on or around May 13, 2015, at the “U” agency located near Ilyang-gu T, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, the Defendant’s owner of the business under the above 1-A.
As stated in paragraph (1), one copy of the application for joining a forged AP mobile phone shall be issued, and as if he/she opens a normally mobile phone, he/she deceivings the victim, and its equipment shall be at the market price of the same day from the victim.
