A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked in the "F" of the mobile phone agency in the second basement in Incheon Bupyeong-gu.

"2016 Highest 3178" Defendant opened a mobile phone in the F Co., Ltd., with the knowledge of G's personal information, used the fact that he/she had known of G's personal information in the F Co., Ltd., to forge and open an application for admission to

Around October 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) called “G”, “L”, “L”, and “W/Dong 1,201, Dong 201,” which did not know of the fact that he had been delegated to enter the mobile phone; (b) sent a copy of G’s driver’s license, number, and account number; and (c) sent a copy of G’s identification card to J via e-mail; and (d) sent a copy of G’s driver’s license, G’s license, K’s account number, and G identification card to the subscriber’s column of the site for the mobile phone application of G to which he had the J signed the “G”, “L”, “L”, and “W/Dong 1,201, Dong 201” in the customer address column; (d) the applicant(s) column and the subscriber(s) column respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application for joining G mobile phone in the name of G, which is a private document related to rights and duties.

2. At the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant exercised the aforementioned investigation document by allowing J to transmit one copy of the application form for admission to a falsified G mobile phone to the headquarters via the Internet.

3. The Defendant presented a copy of G’s identification card to the victim J at the time and place described in the foregoing paragraph 2, and pretended as if he/she were to enter his/her mobile phone as his/her agent, and thereafter, he/she was the victim around that time.
