Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding thirty thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2010 to July 13, 2012, the Defendant is a person who served as a vice head of the Technology Division D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”), a specific communications business operator from November 201 to July 2012.

1. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act shall provide any service for reproducing a caller's telephone number for profit, except in extenuating circumstances, such as for public interest or providing convenience to the receiver;

A. On December 201, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who is a personal infinite E and F residing in China, that “I want to see the Internet telephone sales business in China; (b) would pay KRW 15,000 per Internet telephone once when he/she transferred his/her authority to change the opening and call numbers (CID); and (c) entered into a contract with a branch office in the early police officer on January 2012, 201, and opened the Internet telephone and opened the Internet telephone and change the call number along with the opening of the company’s computer system; and (d) obtained the ID and password for an agent from the head office in connection with the company’s computer system; and (e) transferred it to F and E, and caused him/her to change the call number through H with the transmission number on January 9, 2012, and then changed the Internet phone number from January 9, 2012 to September 19, 2019.

1. As described, the call number was changed to a total of 957 times.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D representative director I, provided services to change the caller's phone number for profit without any justifiable reason.

B. On January 11, 2012, the Defendant, upon receipt of a request from the above E and F to re-written off the phone numbers of the Internet TelephoneJ that he opened, changed the phone numbers of the Defendant’s employees to K using the ID and password for the Defendant’s employees, and changed the phone numbers of the above Internet phone numbers to K from that time until September 21, 2012.
