A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

To order the defendant to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant returned from the end of October 2018 to April 10, 2019 to the victim B (n, 21 years of age) and from the end of October 2018.

1. 2. Violence;
