A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. On September 2014, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face and body face in drinking, on the ground that the victim C attempted to flee by avoiding the Defendant’s assault on the road before a bus stop located in Macheon-si, Macheon-si.
B. E. On December 5, 2014, around December 22, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim, on the ground that the victim clicked in the accommodation of the E company listed in the foregoing sub-paragraph (b) with smartphones with smartphones, on the ground that the victim clicks with other male.
F. On December 6, 2014, the Defendant injured the victim at G cafeteria F around 13:50 on December 6, 2014.
