A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) held a meeting between friendships and B; (b) held a new wall house in B’s motive C; (c) held a wall; and (d) held a wall attached to D’s wall; and (c) held a f’s wall around B B B B B B B and an officetel; and (d) attempted to collect the money and valuables of the victims who opened and intruded the door of each house in the f’s door, where the f’s door is not locked and the f’s door was unlocked.

1. The defendant was aware that he was not a defendant A.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. Night theft;

A. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door at the victim G’s house 105 of the new wall Incheon Nam-gu 2015; and (b) intruded into the door, and installed it at that place; (c) was stolen with one refluence in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession of Hansung Computer Nowon-gu 1,000, the market price of which is the victim’s KRW 40,000, cash, KRW 70,000, KRW 20,000, and one resident registration certificate, etc.

B. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant opened a gate which was set up in the Ftel 104 house of the victim H on February 28, 2015 (Ftel 104) and intruded into the gate and installed at that place, approximately KRW 30,000, the victim’s possession, and KRW 350,000, Samsung Gallonland2.
