Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant E and Defendant A could not engage in an act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to racing conducted by a marina society, the Defendants conspired to operate a private horse race track by sharing the role of Defendant E, a general manager of investment and business, Defendant A’s management of horse racing offices and employees, etc.
