1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Basic facts

A. E. On June 1, 2002, the above H sold the building site Nos. 2 and 2 to I, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 8, 2002, and the above I sold the building site Nos. 2 and 2 to J on April 1, 2004, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above real estate on April 29, 2004. The above J completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 1, 2004 to K, which is the Defendant’s husband, after selling the building Nos. 2 and 2, on August 13, 2004.
