All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. In full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant case, and the Defendant had the same criminal conviction and committed the instant crime during the period of repeated crime, but the Defendant is in profoundly against the Defendant, the lower court’s punishment is too heavy or unreasonable.

3. According to the conclusion, each appeal by the defendant and the prosecutor is without merit, and all of them are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
