All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. In full view of the overall sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant case, and the Defendant agreed with the victim, but the Defendant committed the instant crime during the period of repeated crime, the lower court’s punishment is too heavy or is not unreasonable because it is too low.

3. According to the conclusion, each appeal by the defendant and the prosecutor is without merit, and all of them are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
