All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. In full view of the overall sentencing conditions and part of the damage revealed in the records and pleadings of the instant case, but the same kind of criminal records were high, and the crime of this case was committed during the period of repeated crime, the lower court’s punishment is too heavy or unbrupted and unreasonable.

3. Accordingly, the appeal filed by the defendant and the prosecutor is without merit. Thus, it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
