A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall use any altered or altered motor vehicle registration certificate.

On January 4, 2018, at C’s written agency located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) printed the figure in which the amount in the column of the vehicle return price (except the value-added tax) is "23,813,272" among the contents entered in D’s E registration certificate; (b) changed it into the Korean D D’s Korean film program; and (c) changed it by means of reproducing the said part of the said registration certificate by adding it as a pool to a copy; and (d) transmitted the altered registration certificate to F Co., Ltd. employees who were unable to know who were aware of the circumstance, by facsimile as if they were actually issued

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered the registration certificate E in the name of the Kimhae market, which is an official document, and exercised it.
