A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative director of C Co., Ltd. located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu B, committed a large chartered bus transportation business entity necessary for students’ on-site experience activities, etc. in each elementary school, middle school, or high school in Daegu-gu, placed certain restrictions on the vehicle parking system to ensure the safety of students, thereby not being a party to the contract for a vehicle that is not in compliance with the conditions. The Defendant was willing to operate the chartered bus vehicle by submitting to the school the registration certificate altered with the vehicle exhaust

1. On April 11, 2012, the Defendant altered his/her official document by inserting “7” in advance at C Company’s office, and changed his/her registration certificate four times in total as shown in the attached list of crimes on the same day, including the first registration date of D’s registration certificate owned by the said Company and the first registration date of D’s registration and the reproduction of “7’s registration number on the fifth “5” column in the form of tobacco column owned by the said Company.

Accordingly, the Defendant modified the registration certificate in the name of the Daegu Metropolitan City Vehicle Registration Office without authority for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On April 11, 2012, the Defendant used the modified registration certificate that was modified on 21 occasions as shown in the annexed List of Crimes, from that time, from that time to April 26, 2012, including the delivery to F of the said Office of School Administration, of DNA registration certificate that was modified as above, at the E Elementary School Administrative Office around April 11, 2012.
