A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 2014. 12. 3. 22:59경 택시기사와의 요금 시비로 천안시 동남구 D에 있는 E파출소를 방문하였다가 시비가 해결되어 경찰관들이 귀가를 권유함에도 불구하고, 술에 취해 아무런 이유 없이 상의를 탈의한 채로 "야 씨발놈아 맞짱 뜨자"라는 등의 욕설을 하고 소란을 피우던 중, 위 파출소 소속 경위인 피해자 C(48세)에게 자신의 휴대전화를 집어 던져 그의 얼굴에 맞추어 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in the military.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F at the time and police box mentioned in the preceding paragraph: (a) while arrested a flagrant offender on the charge of obstruction of performance of official duties, and being arrested and being pushed off, the Defendant requested the Victim F (the 44 years old), who is a police box affiliated with the same police box, to take the toilet, wanting to take the lock, and assaulted the Victim F (the 44 years old) so far as the victim’s face was unfolded by his left hand.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of the victim, who is a police officer, and at the same time, injured the victim, such as cerebral spathy which requires a detailed treatment for about 10 days.

3. On December 4, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, the victim G (the age of 41) who was a slope belonging to the said police box, was spiting down the victim’s face by taking the victim’s 112 patrol vehicles to hand over a new disease to the police station. The Defendant spit the victim’s spit the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in the military.
