A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual owner of C (2.98 tons, non-registered fishing vessels, non-registered fishing vessels, non-registered fishing vessels (7.93 tons) and fishing vessels (7.93 tons), which are fishing vessels of Yancheon-gun, Sncheon-gun, Sncheon-gun, Sniven fishing vessels.

1. The Defendant, using a registered fishing vessel, engaged in snick snick-snick net fishery, voluntarily produced a signboard (D, snick-snick-snick net fishery (2.98 tons) of registration of an air snick-snicking fishing vessel to avoid crackdown on the snick-snick-snick net fishery, and thought that it is attached to an unregistered fishing vessel.

On April 9, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant arbitrarily manufactured two signboards for the registration of a fishing vessel, which is the air air of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gu. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) installed two signboards for the registration of a fishing vessel, which are the air of Seocheon-gun; (b) installed the unregistered fishing vessel, which was anchored at the sea on the port of 0.4 E of the port of the head of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun; and (c) installed the without a fishing vessel, which was manufactured at the port of the port of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gu; and (d) operated using the unregistered fishing vessel, the aforementioned forged signs for the registration of a fishing vessel, as mentioned above, at the port of the port of the head of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration sign of a fishing vessel, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the registered sign of a forged fishing vessel.

2. No person who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall manufacture, sell or load fishing implements, other than the fishing implements licensed, permitted, approved or reported under the Act on Fisheries, and fishing implements, the use of which is prohibited under the Fishery Resources Management Act;

Nevertheless, on February 20, 2017, the Defendant loaded one snick-snick net fishing gear in the port volume of the port located in the Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and the Doncheon-gun, which did not obtain permission from the competent authorities on the aforesaid unregistered fishing vessel.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Arrival, Departure, etc. of Ships: (a) on March 17, 2017, the instant non-registered fishing vessel anchored at the sea of approximately 0.4 math of the Northwest-dong Man-dong Manbb, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do; (b) around March 17, 2017.
