1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 129,581,026 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 24, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 11, 13, and 14 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff and the defendant purchased and sold livestock products to each other. The plaintiff slaughtered and supplied livestock products to the defendant from May 2019 to July 2019. As of July 31, 2019, the fact that the public funds that the defendant would pay to the plaintiff are 129,581,026.

Therefore, barring special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 129,581,026 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 24, 2019 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant asserts that there is no supply price of livestock products to be paid to the plaintiff and that the defendant should be paid KRW 3,69,324 from the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant's above assertion is not acceptable, since there is no evidence to support the fact that the defendant supplied the plaintiff with KRW 136,040,350 on August 2019.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
