1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 160,271,787 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 13, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Judgment

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the total amount of KRW 173,271,787 from August 31, 2017 to September 14, 2017 is either a dispute between the parties or recognized by the statement of evidence No. 1, and that the Defendant paid KRW 13,00,000 to the Plaintiff on September 6, 2017 is the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 160,271,787 (i.e., KRW 173,271,787 - KRW 13,00,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 13, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
