1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,172,654 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from May 8, 2015 to March 1, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff’s supply of livestock products to the Defendant until May 7, 2015, and the supply price of livestock products that the Plaintiff had not received from the Defendant at the time constitutes 27,172,654.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 27,172,654, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum prescribed by the Commercial Act from May 8, 2015 to March 1, 2016, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint from May 8, 2015, which is the day following the date of the final supply of the relevant livestock products, and 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
