A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 23, 2017, at around 01:35, the Defendant discovered 19 Saman apartment 19,000,000, in front of the 8-9 D, the northwest-si, Yangsan-si, and the victim B, and then, the Defendant and D reported the network in the surrounding areas, and led E to the start-up by using the home-bed in advance.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property in collaboration with E and D.
2. On June 25, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant discovered the victim H owned market value of KRW 2,700,000 that was parked in G located in Yangsan City F, and then the Defendant, J, and D reported the network in the vicinity, D, and E moved in front of the above Oral Ba, while E was pushed ahead of it.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property jointly with J, D, and E.
3. On July 1, 2017, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a single unit of 200,000 Lone land owned by the victim K; (b) reported to the network in the surrounding area; and (c) boarded the Dong Dong-dong of the above Haba land owned by E.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property jointly with E.
4. On August 2, 2017, from around 21:05 to around 21:16 of the same day, the Defendant discovered a unit of NE 200,000 won at the market price of the victim M, and the Defendant reported the network at the outside fence of the above apartment, she walked the city of the above OE and driven by O, using the upper part of the household with E in advance, from around 21:05 to around 24:16 of the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with E andO.
