A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for 8 months and fines for 300,000 won, and imprisonment for 6 months and fines for 300,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On January 23, 2013, at around 01:00, Defendant A and B found one unit of the G Baotop (125C) Maotop (125C) owned by the victim F, which was parked in the middle-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu. Defendant A and B discovered one unit of the G Maotop (125C) Maotop (125C). Defendant A reported the network, and Defendant B changed the starting unit of the Maotop (hereinafter referred to as the above Maotop) using the key of the Matop, which Defendant B had carried on the back part of the Maotop (hereinafter referred to as the above Maotop).

As such, Defendant A and B, together, stolen the victim F’s market value equivalent to KRW 3 million, and stolen the total market value of KRW 5,327,00,00 from the end of January 2013 to February 23, 2013, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

B. Defendant B, Defendant C, and C discovered that the keys was attached to the “I restaurant” located in Y in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Y in February 2013, Defendant B, and C discovered that the keys was installed in the front of the “I restaurant” located in Y, Sungnam-si, Gyeongnam-si, and Defendant B had the network, and Defendant C had the above Ortob. Accordingly, Defendant B and C cut one of the two keys, the market price of the victim’s possession, and Defendant B and C used the above two keys, which were the victim’s ownership, around 22:30 on February 18, 2013.

As a result, Defendant B and C jointly stolen the victim's market price of KRW 1.5 million with only 1.5 million.
