1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who is in charge of the operation of Drocketing and other vehicles, and Defendant B is a person who is in charge of the operation of E New-Wood Motor Vehicle.
Defendant
At around 21:40 on December 30, 2013, A driving the said rocketing vehicle, and driving the said vehicle at the speed of Kimhae-si, the three-lanes of the three-lanes in front of the Han River Folk Museum, which is set off in the direction of the small business third distance. Defendant B proceeded with the said new distance-to-faced vehicle at the rear side of Defendant A at the above temporary border.

Nevertheless, Defendant B neglected this and served the victim with the negligence of driving the vehicle as it is.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with the above occupational negligence and caused the victim's death due to multiple prolonged damage at that time.
