Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving of a special vehicle with a IM Bank Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea.

On November 13, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 01:13, and driven the 683 livestock shed distance from the new engineer distance to the direction of the flow distance.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such negligence inflicted injury on the victim E (E) who was accompanied by the said rocketing car at approximately four weeks of 4 weeks of cage at the right end, and upon the victim E (E) who was on board the said rocketing car at the age of 48, the Defendant suffered from the injury, such as cutting off and closing the pelle for six weeks of cage at all.

2. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

The defendant driving the above car at the same date, time, and place as stated in paragraph (1) and led to the driving of it in two lanes between the three-lanes of private teaching institutes and the two-lanes of private teaching institutes in the area of the Hoj Library.

Since it is an intersection where the passage of a vehicle is frequent, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall safely proceed in accordance with the signals of signal apparatus.
